Ok, I start to understand what you mean, but what you have written above 
does not make much sense.

"I have spoken in a very static way". This could mean different things 
to me. I would mainly think of someone repeating the same concepts all 
the time, or using the same tone...

Regarding the the second part of your sentence: "I am hungry, therefore 
I fix some dinner." I have used the present tense and "therefore".
