Problemi con RAID

Salve a tutti.
Controllando il log di logwatch sono saltato sulla sedia.

Da quello che ho capito per md1, 2 e 3 non funziona il mirroring
perchè il secondo disco non viene mirrorato.
Io non ho una grande esperienza nel RAID. Avreste qualche consiglio da
darmi ?
